  • Late Cancellation / No-show:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows are non-refundable. However, we may reschedule your session once at no extra cost upon reasonable request.

  • Service Satisfaction:
    If you're genuinely dissatisfied after a session, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to address the issue and offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and above. If under the age of 18, written consent from a legal guardian is required. We reserve the right to refuse services in cases of inappropriate or abusive behavior.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are offered by appointment. Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice may be non-refundable.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

We offer both one-time session packages and membership subscriptions. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are only provided under special circumstances and at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer

Human Energy Consultant does not provide medical, psychiatric, or clinical therapy. Our services are complementary and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional healthcare. Currently, Human Energy Consultant is operated by an individual practitioner. However, we may collaborate with other professionals in the near future. All collaborators will be held to the same standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
